How are your pieces made?

All pieces are handmade ceramics by me. They are made, left to dry, put in a kiln, glazed and back in the kiln until ready. 

Are pieces food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe?

All pieces are food safe, unless specified otherwise. They are also microwave safe. Even though they are dishwasher safe, I HIGHLY recommend them to be hand washed only. 

What is each piece's size?

All pieces have their approximate sizes in the description. Please keep in mind that every piece is unique and so it is very hard to have the exact size.

Is international shipping available?

Yes!!

How do you pack your pieces to ensure they arrive safe?

A lot of time and care goes into packing each piece. Every item is protectively wrapped in both bubble wrap and tissue paper and packed tightly into a box. 

How does the shipping process happen?

As soon as someone buys an item, I pack it very carefully. In the following days I take it to the post office and send the package through registered mail, so that it is possible to track it. Due to Covid-19 orders may have some delays.

Please note that I am not responsible for any taxes and import duties. 

Returns

What if my piece arrives broken?

In the unlikely event of your piece arriving broken or damaged please email [email protected] with pictures. Once a confirmation email is sent back to you, your piece will be replaced.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. If your piece arrives broken or damaged we will replace it.
